Partner Profile: Lenox Park Solutions Inc.
The Oxford SDG Impact Lab partners with Lenox Park Solutions Inc. to advance sustainable investment, diversity, and inclusion through data-driven insights. Lenox Park Solutions leverages technology and data science to address bias in capital allocation, ensuring fairer opportunities for underrepresented groups.
Through the project "Addressing Bias in Capital Allocation – Defining and Applying Metrics for Inclusion," Fellows will contribute to two key areas:
- Cognitive Diversity Research – Analysing how Lenox Park’s Evenness Score aligns with research on diversity beyond demographics, providing insights into decision-making and innovation.
- Defining Metrics for Inclusion – Investigating key human capital indicators, such as hiring, promotion, and attrition rates, to establish meaningful benchmarks for workplace inclusivity.
This project supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):
- SDG 5: Gender Equality – Advancing equitable workplace policies.
- SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth – Promoting fair and inclusive employment.
- SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities – Addressing systemic barriers in hiring and career progression.
- SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals – Strengthening global collaboration on inclusive finance.
By transforming DEI principles into measurable data, this collaboration aims to drive systemic change in investment decisions and create a more equitable financial landscape.
